    Wood-fired Sauna

    Slohaus sauna was a traditional Ifor Williams 510 horsebox which has recently been upcycled and handcrafted with the highest quality Thermal Aspen wood.

    Our horsebox has been beautifully transformed internally into a Finnish style wood-fired sauna whilst keeping the authentic look of a working horsebox on the exterior.

    The Finnish Narvia log-fuelled stove not only heats our sauna but also sits in harmony with the subtle fragrant aroma of our unique woodland setting.

    Cold Water Immersion

    Our sustainable galvanized steel tubs offer the ideal recovery session from physical exertions whilst boosting mental clarity.

    Two 6.5ft tubs enables even the tallest of folk to embrace the space or couples to Slo and breath together in nature’s surroundings.

    Our eco-friendly tubs have been fitted with advanced filters to ensure that we provide the cleanest and safest water for optimal use for Slohaus sessions.

    Wood-fired Eco Hot Tub

    Our rustic handcrafted eco hot tub provides the opportunity to be still and unwind in nature’s peaceful surroundings - Slo-ing the senses and relaxing the mind and body.

    With earthy aromas of the wood-fire your Eco Tub will help you regulate, reconnect and reset.

    Re-balance in a female only session at Slohaus.

    Embrace your 60 minute session and share the space in the comfort of a female only group.

    These sessions will be available twice a week, so make sure you book on to avoid missing out this dedicated time to empower and share the female led conversations.
